Terms of use
1. Service
Everlearn is a free, non-profit community project for quiz practice. It is provided "as is" and may change, pause or stop without compensation. We try to keep questions correct but cannot guarantee it – use the "Broken question" button when you find one.
2. Accounts and age
- You must be 18 or older to create and manage your own account.
- Under 18: a parent or guardian creates and manages the account and is responsible for its use.
- Give your real birth year; false statements are your responsibility.
- Keep passwords / PINs secret.
3. Content
Most question sets are provided by the system for personal learning only, not for resale. Sets you upload or share must be content you are allowed to use. We may hide or remove reported, child-inappropriate or infringing content.
4. Not allowed
Cheating scores or rankings, harassment, content unsuitable for children, probing or attacking the system, mass account creation. Violations may lead to suspension.
5. Personal data
See the Privacy policy. You can delete your account at any time on the Profile page.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages from using or being unable to use this free service.
7. Governing law
Vietnamese law. Material changes require renewed consent on sign-in.
